Business Centre of the Month: Landmark's Heron Tower
After something of an extended hiatus, we're bringing back our Business Centre of the Month Award - and we're back with a bang.
Each month, we want to recognise centres of excellence - those that inspire us by continually shooting for greatness, and that we're proud to work with.
Following a fantastic win at the BCA awards last month, we've selected Landmark's Heron Tower space as our Business Centre of the Month for December. Congratulations!

An iconic feature on London's skyline, Heron Tower is a fantastic City of London location with a lot to offer. Architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox have designed some of the most prestigious financial addresses internationally, and certainly held back none of their award-winning talent in designing Heron Tower. It is, in the words of the firm, the result of 'collaboration and dialogue'.
What's really impressive, however, is what Landmark have done with their business centre.
Occupying floors 17-19 of the Tower, Landmark have transformed their space into a number of inspired offices and additional multi-purpose rooms - all of which boast spectacular panoramic views of the London skyline.
Set aside as a multi-floor 'village' space with a triple height atrium space, the centre and composite office spaces feel incredibly unique - luxurious, without sacrificing the air of professionalism.

Unbranded spaces with periodically-refreshed executive furnishings are complemented by high-end dedicated breakout spaces and ostentatious meeting facilities. Technology is a paramount focus point, with onsite IT support and twin circuit resilience.
Landmark have opened a number of high-end business centres across the capital, including 2013's acclaimed 48 Dover Street property.
Heron Tower's concierge-style entrance is utterly breath-taking. It's not unusual to see tourists peering through the windows in the daytime - and understandably so. Located behind the reception desk is a 70,000 litre aquarium, containing 1,200 fish comprised of more than 60 different species. As the largest privately-owned aquarium in the country, it's entirely sustainable, and curated by expert biologists.

The building itself subscribes to strict green policies, generating its own renewable energy, and achieving a BREEAM rating of 'excellent' in 2010 - something important to us during our decision-making process.
Landmark's occupancy rate is impressive - a pinch above the London average - and is rising. The company has been a stalwart of high quality customer care, and continues to provide a glowing service at this location.
Having rose from initially shaky beginnings, Heron Tower has transformed into a bastion in the City of London business world, and Landmark has been instrumental in ensuring it has become a prestigious address - and a worthy recipient of our Business Centre of the Month award!
