The second is Nuremberg Airport; it can be reached via Autobahn A3 or metro U2 to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof and ICE or Regional Express to Regensburg Hauptbahnhof. Regensburg Hauptbahnhof, the city’s main train station, is located in the city centre and connects to the German rail network by ICE, IC, and EC long-distance trains. This train station has several restaurants, a tourist office, and a travel agency. Being located on the Danube River which leads to Vienna and the Black Sea, Regensburg is also connected to the Rhine via the Main-Danube Canal.
