Serviced office space provider MLS to close centres

With the current economic climate, MLS has decided to close most of their semi-serviced office space in London. Most of their west-end locations will be closing apart from the Bayswater business centre.

The serviced office space provider is also closing its fully serviced office space in Manchester and Milton Keynes. There will be still 60 UK locations remaining opened, as well as the business centres in India and China.

MLS is restructuring their UK portfolios in order to strengthen the business. The centres closing have not been performing in the last few months, and under the current economic situation, the serviced office space provider decided that restructuring the business would be the right decision to make the Group stronger.

Despite MLS closing its semi-serviced offices in Central London, the announcement of new office buildings opening in Brazil, Italy and Australia is an highlight that there will be soon some great additions to the Group’s portfolios.
